1. Private provider, independent decisions
MexoPath is a private immigration and consultancy service provider. We are not a government authority, embassy, consulate, or visa-issuing body; we have no power to approve or influence an official decision. Only the competent embassy, consulate, immigration authority, educational institution, or government agency decides visas, residency, citizenship, admission, and other applications.
2. Assistance within an agreed scope
We assist clients with consultation, document preparation, permitted and authorised application submission, case-processing support, and related coordination. Eligibility reviews are preliminary. We do not guarantee approval, admission, appointments, fixed processing times, travel access, investment returns, or any immigration outcome. Where law requires a licensed or authorised professional, that work must be performed by the appropriate professional under an identified engagement.
3. Information, tools, and estimates
Requirements, processing times, government fees, immigration policies, programme availability, and final decisions may change and are outside our control. Website content, articles, Visa Finder, Document Checker, Passport Index, and AI chat are general information, may be incomplete or outdated, and are not official decisions or personalised legal advice. Check current rules with the competent authority. Testimonials and past cases are individual experiences, not predictions or promises.
4. Documents, third parties, and investment risk
Clients must supply complete, accurate, and authentic information and documents. Authorities may refuse cases, request more evidence, or change their procedures. We are not responsible for independent third-party acts outside our control to the extent permitted by law; responsibility for our own obligations and non-excludable liability remains intact. Citizenship-related investments carry financial and legal risks and require independent qualified advice. Country names, flags, logos, travel imagery, and third-party references do not imply official endorsement or a government relationship.
